If you shop at Target, look for these 10 brands which are both cruelty-free and affordable, while also offering many vegan products. If you want to avoid parent companies that test on animals, look for brands that are marked with "parent company doesn't test on animals" at the top. You'll also see all brands that are PETA or Leaping Bunny approved.

Covergirl mainly offers makeup at affordable prices, with best-sellers like their Lash Blast Mascara and Exhibitionist Lipstick. Since they’re such a common and affordable brand, we’re so glad that they decided to go cruelty-free!

Everything elf makes, from makeup to skincare to brushes, is 100% vegan!

We love their Silky Matte Bronzing Powder which is super smooth, and we also recommend their eyeshadow palettes among many other stand-out products. They’re made in the USA and Italy.
