If you love cruelty-free makeup, you’ll be happy to know that Vegan Cuts curates a seasonal makeup box. They only send out 4 of these a year, and today I’m showing you their Summer box.
Today is the last day to get the Summer box! If you like the contents of this box, you can so go sign up here.
About This Box
Each season, you’re getting 4 (or more) FULL-SIZE makeup products. All products are vegan and come from cruelty-free brands, so there’s no animal testing and no animal ingredients.
You also get asked questions to customize some of the products you’re getting — for example a lipstick shade. All the products are also paraben-free and they focus on natural, organic beauty.
Each subscription costs $39.95 per box and shipping is free to the USA. If you live in Canada, add $9 for shipping, and if you live anywhere else, add $15.
The Summer Box
The Summer box included items from Pacifica, Au Naturale, Derma E, Honeybee Gardens, and Sarah Jean.
It’s a good selection of products, and I especially love the SPF 30 Mineral Powder Sunscreen by Derma E (pictured below). It’s a finishing powder that provides sun protection, and although I wouldn’t use it as my sole suncreen, it’s a great way to “reapply” sunscreen over makeup. It contains Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide which act as physical sun blocks.
I also discovered a fantastic liquid lipstick from Au Naturale in this box. I love their su/Stain Matte Liquid Lipsticks because they don’t dry fully matte, and the formula is comfortable on the lips. I received the shade On Pointe which is a perfect mauvy nude (swatched below) and very close to my natural lip color.
The black eyeliner from Honeybee Gardens is also swatched above. It’s a solid eyeliner with a creamy consistency and opaque color.
How To Get This Box
