Here’s an official statement from their website:

5-free. no animal testing. treatment-enriched.
Deborah Lippmann products contain no Toluene, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor or DBP (Dibutyl Phthalate). No animal testing.
Luxury treatment-enriched nail polish with Biotin, Green Tea Extract.

I also asked them the following questions by e-mail:

Are your products tested on animals at any point during the production? Do you buy ingredients from suppliers that might test on animals? Are your products sold anywhere where animal-testing is required by law, such as China?
