Blinc is 100% cruelty-free and does not test finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do their suppliers. They’re not owned by any other company and their products are not sold in China. Below is my correspondence with a representative. They also signed PETA’s pledge to be a cruelty-free company.

I run a cruelty-free makeup blog and I’m very interested in your brand. Because animal testing is a serious issue to me as well as my readers, I would love to know more about your animal testing policy. I know that you’re PETA certified, but could you please answer these quick yes-or-no questions? Thanks in advance.
1) At this current time, are your finished products or ingredients tested on animals?
2) At this current time, do you buy ingredients from suppliers who are involved in animal testing?
3) Do you sell your products in mainland China, or do you intend to do so in the near future?
4) If the answer to all of the above is no, could you tell me when the company has made the decision to go cruelty-free?
Thank you for your time,
