Blinc is 100% cruelty-free and does not test finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do their suppliers. They’re not owned by any other company and their products are not sold in China. Below is my correspondence with a representative. They also signed PETA’s pledge to be a cruelty-free company.

I run a cruelty-free makeup blog and I’m very interested in your brand. Because animal testing is a serious issue to me as well as my readers, I would love to know more about your animal testing policy. I know that you’re PETA certified, but could you please answer these quick yes-or-no questions? Thanks in advance.
1) At this current time, are your finished products or ingredients tested on animals?
2) At this current time, do you buy ingredients from suppliers who are involved in animal testing?
3) Do you sell your products in mainland China, or do you intend to do so in the near future?
4) If the answer to all of the above is no, could you tell me when the company has made the decision to go cruelty-free?
Thank you for your time,

Thank you for reaching out to us! The answer to all of your questions below is NO. We do NOT actively sell in China and NONE of our products are made nor actively sold in China. please rest assure that we DO NOT test on our little furry friends! . Our blinc Brand certainly is 100% Cruelty-free! We are very proud to say that we DO NOT test on our little furry friends nor do we associate with suppliers that do! We also make sure that our manufacturers are not mistreating any animals as well. We strive to make sure that our products are of top quality, however we could never harm another living being to reach this goal. I can also say that there are no animal by-products in any of our cosmetic or skin care lines. We are not a natural product company but we do strive to make all our cosmetics TEA free, Paraben free, Gluten free, and Vegan if we can do so without affecting performance. We are constantly tweaking and testing our formula’s to try and eliminate or change any controversial ingredients that we can. We are now officially a member of PETA’s Beauty Without Bunnies Campaign. We are now listed in the PETA “Cruelty-Free Shopping Guide” and appear on the PETA “cruelty-free company lists”. I hope this information helps, I’ve copied the link below for your convenience:
